Returns & Refunds
- For any exchange or return it is necessary to fill out the returns form located in your customer account.
- Once you fill out the form, we will send you a label via email to put on top of the package safely. Once the package is prepared for return, you have to take it to the Post Office near to your home.
- All returns will be managed through your customer account on our website and by email.
- The period for exchange or return of any product will be 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. Garments returned without labeling or used will not be accepted.
- Returns will be made within 10 days following receipt of the garments in our warehouses and once check has been made that said merchandise has been received in good condition and has not been used. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the order was placed in, discounting the shipping costs of said order and the return shipping costs in the case that they are processed to be paid to the customer.
- All those requests that wish to return the entire order and have obtained Free Shipping, the amount of the items to be returned and the amount of the shipping costs will be refunded, as long as the order is equal to or greater than €150.
- The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer if the order does not reach €150, unless the return is due to our error or a defect/defect in the product, in which case, Söllworld will bear the responsibility the shipment costs of the return and the purchase amount will be refunded by the same means that the payment was made.

- Söllworld reserves the right to not accept the exchange if, once received, the garment is in poor condition, stained, washed, used, torn or in inadequate conditions.
